Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description A client in the Spokane area is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team. This person will be working on a team of 3 designers, a Senior Mechanical Engineer, and an Electrical Engineer. They will be responsible for supporting customer projects around custom design and prototype requests. This will include taking concepts through the product lifecycle from concept, design and prototyping to a finished product. Skills and Requirements 4+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in a production environment Experienced taking designs from concept to production Solidworks, PDM, FEA Familiar with mil-aero specs & how to read them Experience leading design reviewing with customers in a stage gate process Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering Thermal/Structural strength analysis experience Experience modeling dynamic systems Project Management experience MIL-STD-464 and MIL-STD-810 understanding null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
