The Regal Rexnord Industrial Powertrain Solutions PMO is looking to grow our team. We are a collaborative dynamic group supporting both Digital Transformation Teams and IT. We spend our days maturing our PMO Practice and supporting projects ranging from internal process improvements to large scale ERP Deployments. This position is located at Regal Rexnord's downtown Milwaukee, WI site. They need to be in the Greater Milwaukee Area and willing to be onsite 2-3 days per week. 100% on site is not required but face to face meetings will be important. Given some projects will be global, occasional travel should be expected. Key Responsibilities: Lead project from initiation to completion through project life cycle Determine and define project scope and objectives Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Track project costs to meet budget Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Act as primary interface regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements Maintain visibility and facilitate timely discussions and decisions for project risks & issues Monitor progress and adjust as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Lead meetings between stakeholders, resources, and manager Facilitate communication across teams and communicate updates to the Project Sponsors Ensure project requirements are met, the scope is managed, and milestones deliverables are met Conduct various reviews and sign/off workshops Professional Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline/equivalent) 2-5 years of Project Management Experience Ability to work within cross functional & multiple location projects a must Experience with problem solving and counter measure techniques Familiar and fluent in multiple technologies and platforms used by others to transform their business model and industry Expected Salary: $90,000 - 115,000 annually.
