Nurse Practitioner Opportunity
CleanSlate is a nationwide medical group providing office-based outpatient treatment for America's crisis of addiction. We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner for our outpatient substance abuse treatment center located in Lafayette, IN! This position entails the initiation and maintenance of medication-assisted treatment primarily, but not exclusively for opioid and alcohol dependence.
