Provide strong leadership to the nursing staff, fostering a positive and professional environment. Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality patient care. Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Ensure that all patients receive the highest standard of care in accordance with established policies and procedures. Oversee patient care plans and coordinate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment. Conduct training and development programs for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Mentor and support nursing staff in their professional growth and career advancement. Monitor and evaluate nursing practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Provide 24-hour On-Call availability for critical incidents and emergencies. Candidate requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration preferred. Current RN license in Washington. Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and quality assurance standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
