Purpose
The UKG/Kronos System Administrator serves as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for the UKG Dimensions/Workforce Management (WFM) application. This role is responsible for the functional support, configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of key WFM modules including Timekeeping, Availability, Advanced Scheduling, and Absence Management. The administrator collaborates with HR, IT, Payroll, Legal, and field teams to ensure system effectiveness, data integrity, and alignment with business needs. Responsibilities also include system integration, data governance, end-user access management, reporting, and project management of add-on modules such as Attendance, Analytics, and Advance Scheduling. The position is located at Floor and Decors Store Support Center. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Kronos WFM solutions, including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management via JIRA ticketing system. Time clock configuration and support for all locations (200+) Review CRTs and integrations as needed Support the configuration and maintenance of Kronos WFM modules, ensuring system alignment with business requirements. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective functional specifications and solutions. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to support Kronos upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors or technical teams. Conduct system testing, UAT, and validation of new features, patches, or upgrades. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation as needed. Participate in project planning and execution for Kronos-related initiatives. Stay current on Kronos product updates, best practices, and industry trends. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, related field, OR 3 - 5+ years of experience working with Kronos Workforce Central, WFM, or UKG Dimensions. Hands-on experience with Kronos configuration, especially in Timekeeping, Scheduling, or Absence modules. Strong understanding of labor laws, pay rules, compliance requirements, and workforce processes. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with at least 2 years' experience creating advanced Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). JIRA, ServiceNow experience desired Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills
Kronos/UKG certifications are a plus. UKG Bryte Experience with workforce analytics, integrations, and reporting tools. Knowledge of cloud-based WFM systems (UKG Dimensions, WFM, or WFC). Working Conditions (travel & environment)
