We are seeking a friendly, adaptable, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a dual role as Server/Barista. This position primarily involves serving guests in our dining area, with the flexibility to act as barista. Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable switching between roles.
Key Responsibilities: As a Server: • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit. • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. • Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas. As a Barista: • Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to standard. • Operate espresso machines and other café equipment safely. • Maintain a clean and stocked coffee station. • Engage with customers and provide recommendations. • Assist with opening/closing duties for the café area.
