Here, youll do more than join something youll add something. The Vision Pro team is looking for a manager to help shape the future of the Spatial Web. The Spatial Web Technologies team works to define, iterate, and implement standards and technologies to deliver an incredible browsing experience in the realm of Spatial Computing. You will work with experts in this area from around the world. As the manager of this team, you will work closely with others working on various aspects of the browsing experience. This includes managers of partner teams, engineers from across the company, and our design and marketing teams. You'll build strong relationships, find the best solutions, and advocate for a great customer experience on visionOS. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience working on web technologies or supporting web standards. A background solving technical challenges in an application development environment while supporting the engineering teams, building and managing their relationships, and navigating their delivery dependencies. Deep technical understanding and hands-on experience with software development and lifecycle management. Experience building and leading a team of senior and junior engineers. Experience working closely with design partners and familiarity with design practices. Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience.

Passion for the potential of the Spatial Web. Extensive experience with AR/VR hardware.
Compensation and Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $198,300 and $342,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apples discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apples Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
