Customer Support Advisors collaborate closely with both wholesale and retail clients to understand their needs, address inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest the most suitable solutions. They are dedicated to swiftly resolving customer concerns, ensuring high client satisfaction, and staying informed about product features to uphold the rigorous quality and visual standards of our offerings and stores. Customer Support Advisors are expected to deliver exceptional customer service while consistently meeting sales targets for the store.

Restock shelves and create appealing displays. Clean store equipment. Load/unload delivery trucks. Assist with deliveries if required. Keep areas stocked and presentable. Stay informed about available products and options. Follow inventory control measures. Propose improvements to sales processes. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the current country of employment without needing sponsorship. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be available to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have received a meets expectations (3) rating on the latest performance appraisal. If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have completed all required eLearning courses for the current position. Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
