About the Role
The Company is looking for a dynamic Vice President of Customer Operations and Strategy to be a driving force in our transformational journey. As a key strategic partner to the Chief Customer Officer, you will redefine the customer strategy business planning process and lead initiatives that propel the company’s growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader with experience in business strategy, operations, and change management in a SaaS or technology-driven context.
Your responsibilities will include scaling business operations, establishing a robust services product management function, and ensuring the Customer Success organization is equipped with effective processes, systems, and technologies to provide outstanding results. To be successful, you should possess at least 10 years of Go-To-Market (GTM) operations experience, including a minimum of 5 years in project and/or program management.
We seek a visionary leader with exceptional strategic acumen, the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and a proven history of achieving results in large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. You will oversee budget planning and management, team leadership, and nurture a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
