About the Role
The Company is actively seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President for its Medicare Line of Business. This pivotal role focuses on shaping strategic direction and driving sustainable membership growth across all regions. The ideal candidate will manage a substantial revenue stream, oversee market planning, regulatory adherence, and sales retention initiatives, and craft and implement a comprehensive care model.
The Senior Vice President will enhance the competitive positioning of our Medicare products, benefits, and pricing while emphasizing quality and compliance. Collaboration with regional and executive leaders will be essential to identify market opportunities and create effective business plans that align with organizational growth and market share targets.
Key responsibilities include ensuring accountability for Medicare revenue, leading market analysis, and providing strategic foresight for Medicare initiatives. Successful candidates will have a proven ability to influence Medicare policy development and manage large, complex projects. This position also involves direct and indirect leadership over Medicare staff and shared services teams and implementing effective measurement systems to track business line performance.
A critical aspect of this role is the ability to drive value-based networks and achieve high-quality outcomes while ensuring the organization maintains a 5-Star quality rating in the Medicare sector.
