What Youll Do
The Java Full Stack Developer (Tech Lead) provides expert-level technical leadership in developing and integrating enterprise applications. This role involves designing, coding, mentoring, and leading critical application development initiatives. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Java-based enterprise applications. Lead integration efforts across business applications. Apply modern development methodologies and design patterns. Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards. Build front-end solutions using Angular, JavaScript, JSON, and jQuery. Work with RESTful APIs, SOA, and Spring Boot frameworks. Support benefit reconciliation and Medicaid/IES-related system integrations.
What Youll Need
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline 7+ years IT and industry experience, including 3+ years as a technical lead Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, SOA, concurrency, and enterprise-scale system development Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or HHS program systems experience preferred
