You will manage the sale of Ford & Lincoln used vehicle assets, including Rental Repurchase, Off-Lease, Repo, Company Service, and ARS at Ford Sponsored Auction. This position will be based at the Manheim-Detroit-Carlton auto auction facility. Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with vendors and dealers, with a preference for prior interaction with franchise dealers. Conducting vehicle inspections and making repair decisions. Representing vehicles on the auction block during sale days, including remote sales at other Ford Sponsored Auctions. Auditing all expenses and fees accurately. Ensuring compliance with all Ford auction standards and processes. Overseeing supplier personnel supporting Ford's operations at the auction. Engaging directly with franchise and independent dealers; regular interactions will be part of your role. Promoting our Automotive Remarketing Services (ARS) products and services to franchised dealers and Fleet customers. Working primarily from an office located in the supplier facility, with typical hours of 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday, adjusting for peak volumes as necessary. Managing a fleet of sale vehicles. You may need to travel overnight to support other auctions approximately 25% of the time.
