Position Overview
We seek a dependable and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves managing multiple communication channels, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and on time.
Monitor and manage multiple customer service email inboxes daily.
Provide order status updates, process returns/exchanges, and troubleshoot customer issues.
Utilize AI customer service platforms such as Gorgias or similar tools to manage tickets and automate responses where applicable.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Escalate complex customer concerns to management as needed.
Collaborate with the operations and fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery and resolution of orders.
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Support weekend customer service coverage when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
5-7 years of customer service experience (phone, email, and/or chat support required).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate responses clearly and professionally.
Proven experience in e-commerce customer service and order resolution (Shopify experience a plus).
Familiarity with AI-based customer service platforms (Gorgias preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under minimal supervision.
Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with online store platforms such as Shopify or similar.
Basic understanding of order fulfillment and logistics.
Prior experience in a retail, beauty, or consumer goods environment.
