Primary Skills: Agile-Expert, Scrum-Advanced, Cloud-Knowledgeable, CI/CD-Proficient, Project Management -Expert Contract Type: W2 Duration: 10+ Months with Possible extension Location: Remote Pay Range: $50 - $55 Per Hour. on W2 Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Agile Program Manager to lead our Platform Infrastructure organization's initiatives, focusing on cloud expansion, platform upgrades, and infrastructure scalability. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution, alignment across various teams, and delivery of high-value infrastructure projects. This remote position is catered to those located in California, Chicago, or Canada, aiming to drive predictability, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, technical environment. Key Responsibilities: Orchestrate planning and execution of infrastructure programs across Platform Engineering teams. Ensure timely communication and coordination among infrastructure teams, addressing risks, blockers, and dependencies effectively. Provide consistent program status updates, focusing on key milestones, risks, and delivery predictability. Facilitate agile ceremonies to enhance delivery health and scope alignment. Maintain strong relationships with engineering, TPMs, and operational stakeholders to ensure platform consistency and health. Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of Agile Program Management or equivalent experience in a cloud, platform engineering, or DevOps context. Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills. Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps environments; additionally, a background in managing scalability, performance, or cloud expansion programs is beneficial. This role mandates a minimum bachelor's degree level of education.
