Overview
The Executive Assistant II provides senior level administrative, management and operational support to enhance the Dean's effectiveness. Provides office management and oversight for daily operations, and ensures critical priorities, initiatives, and directives are reviewed and implemented in a timely and effective manner. Responsibilities
Provide senior level administrative, management and operational support to the Dean. Provide office management and oversight for daily operations. Ensure critical priorities, initiatives, and directives are reviewed and implemented in a timely and effective manner.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Business Management, secretarial sciences, or related field, plus three (3) years of progressively responsible secretarial experience for an executive or upper-level management position.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business management, secretarial sciences, or related field.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong communication and other skills; ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
