Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and energetic Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our thriving clinics in Fresno and Visalia. As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, scheduling shifts, maintaining meticulous records, and ensuring excellent client care. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the clinic Manage the clinics budget Hire, train, and supervise staff Create employee schedules Order products and maintain inventory Assist with developing procedures to deliver the highest level of patient care Adhere to all health and safety standards Oversee internal and external communications Competencies, Qualifications, Education, and Experience: Hungry leader who is independent and excels in operations, prospecting, and sales. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, and preferably in QuickBooks and Payment Processing Systems. Proficient with EHR systems preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Superior Time management skills. Knowledge of medical terminology. Understanding of business management, finance, accounting, and human resources. Any experience in a similar clinical setting (TRT clinic, MedSpa, Endocrinology/Urology office) is preferred.
