public works and underground construction , executing crucial projects such as: Water & sewer transmission pipelines Pump stations Water & wastewater treatment facilities Additional underground utility infrastructure for municipalities in the Bay Area Renowned for our commitment to technical excellence and collaborative delivery, we provide a trajectory that blends practical engineering experience with leadership development opportunities. Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in ensuring project completion on schedule and within budget Monitor progress, update project timelines, and produce comprehensive reports Review and manage submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs Conduct geotechnical analyses for underground utility projects (including trench stability, shoring, and dewatering) Support quality assurance and testing initiatives Prepare and manage change orders effectively Examine contract documents for compliance Maintain organized project documentation Order and oversee project materials, equipment, and supplies Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for prompt delivery Engage directly with municipal stakeholders, inspectors, and agencies Foster strong professional relationships with owners, engineers, and field teams Resolve onsite conflicts through effective problem-solving Participate in progress meetings with municipalities and stakeholders Uphold job site safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance Assist with environmental and regulatory compliance related to public works Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 1-3 years of relevant experience (internships or full-time) in construction is preferred Solid grasp of civil engineering principles and interest in underground construction Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Capacity to thrive in a

public works contracting environment
