Deputy Program Manager - DTRA
CACI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Program Manager to lead and manage a diverse PMO team, driving strategic program initiatives, processes, and ensuring the successful execution of project objectives and processes. Responsibilities include: Overseeing the execution, tracking, and reporting of all PMP business processes. Supervising the program's day-to-day business operations. Developing effective working relationships with the Government customer. Leading program planning, scheduling, and performance tracking. Managing resources, adhering to timelines, and addressing challenges. Reviewing manning within the Task Order Program Management Office. Communicating with program personnel, US Government, and other CACI support teams. Analyzing complex situations and developing innovative solutions. Applying technical knowledge to inform decisions. Establishing and maintaining high-quality standards. Conducting regular risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate risks. Leading Business Development actions. Qualifications include: TS/SCI level clearance. Minimum 10 years' supervisory experience within a DoD agency. Proven ability to lead and manage teams. Proven ability to integrate contract support into coherent plans. Proven ability to develop and refine performance measures. Proven ability to use critical thinking to resolve problems. Proven ability in Long-Term Vision and Strategic Thinking. Proven ability to utilize the CACI Line of Business Business Development Process. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Microsoft Office proficiency. Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Desired: Master's Degree in a related field. Project Management Professional Certification, or equivalent.
