Industry Manufacturing Type Partnership Founded 2017 Employees 1-10 About the Role We are looking for a dynamic VP of Growth and Consumer Experience to lead our revenue-generating initiatives and elevate our brand's presence. This pivotal role requires you to develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven omnichannel growth strategy, focusing on customer acquisition and retention. You will take a hands-on, collaborative approach in overseeing our performance marketing, eCommerce, lifecycle, brand, and sales teams. Your leadership will be crucial in propelling our omnichannel growth, enhancing unit economics, and crafting impactful marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include: Setting and tracking ambitious growth targets. Analyzing market trends to inform strategic decisions. Fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the sales and marketing teams. We seek applicants who possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 15 years in marketing, sales, or business development, including a minimum of 7 years in a leadership position. Deep experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and omnichannel strategies is essential, along with a strong analytical mindset and data fluency. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are a must. While a passion for pets and familiarity with the pet industry, e-commerce platforms, and subscription-based business models are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
