If you're looking for a rewarding job with competitive pay, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse team as Evening Warehouse Loaders. This seasonal, full-time role pays $26.40/hour and offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment.
As a Warehouse Loader, your primary responsibility will be to hand build pallets for bulk and route trucks. Your attention to detail is crucial as you ensure order accuracy when loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming shipments. You will work from an electronic order system or order sheets, utilizing a forklift or electronic pallet jack to build loads. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
Efficiently driving a power pallet jack or forklift to the picking area to build pallets/loads in accordance with load sheets or audio pick instructions.
Marking load tickets for any out of stock items.
Wrapping pallets once the load is complete.
Reviewing paperwork for order verification and ensuring truck checks are completed.
Staging pallets and loading them into trucks as needed.
Completing partial pallets and organizing mixed pallets for storage.
Adhering to housekeeping standards to maintain a tidy work area.
Exhibiting regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
The role involves lifting cases of products weighing between 20-45 pounds repeatedly, requiring physical stamina with regular standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping.
