Plan and manage Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and other capital projects, ensuring delivery of specified requirements and customer satisfaction Develop project implementation plans, including work breakdown structure, schedule, resources, cost estimates, and risks Assemble and lead a project team, directing and motivating staff and consultants Review and approve project expenditures, contracts, and change orders in accordance with company policies Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facilitate necessary permits and approvals What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma/GED plus 7 years of related work experience in project planning, management, and execution 7 years of experience managing complex projects from planning through construction, including contract administration 7 years of experience organizing and negotiating with diverse stakeholders and user groups 7 years of experience with quality assurance and coordinating with staff and contractors Knowledge of project management practices, including scope development, cost estimating, and scheduling How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
