We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time
Outpatient Clinical Director
to join the team in
Goversville, NY ! In this role, you will be working with vulnurable population, children and families of Fulton County. Position : Clinical Director - Outpatient Services
Location : Goversville, NY
Schedule : M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2)
The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the outpatient mental health clinic including hiring, supervision and evaluation. This includes developing, planning and implementing strategies for program continuation and growth. This position requires a positive and supportive mindset toward the agency and its overall success.
This position provides both clinical and personnel supervision of the clinical staff and must have the ability to think comprehensively, solve problems and have good decision-making and critical thinking skills. You will be responsible for supervising and directing everything from employees and budgets to operations within a team approach.
Required Education and Experience
Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Master's degree in a related Healthcare Field Demonstrate expertise in a wide range of clinical interventions with varied populations and must demonstrate capability in the integration of clinical work with the requirements of the New York State Office of Mental Health. Minimum of
five years' experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred. Must have knowledge of the human service provider's structure and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with other professionals Extensive knowledge of ethics, confidentiality and child welfare is required Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google and familiar with electronic health records Demonstrable ability to connect with and provide support to a diverse client population Ability to successfully pass OCFS background screening, criminal history verification and the Medicaid Exclusion Screening Pay:
$85,000.00 per year
