In this pivotal role, you will lead and execute transactions specifically within the energy sector. Your responsibilities will include overseeing comprehensive financial analysis, sophisticated modeling, and precise valuation efforts, as well as crafting impactful presentations and detailed reports for our clients and senior leadership. In addition, you will be instrumental in driving business development initiatives, managing key client relationships, and mentoring our junior team members. We seek a candidate with at least 4 years of investment banking experience; familiarity with the ESOP space is a notable advantage. Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills complemented by excellent financial modeling capabilities are essential.
