Job Description
MGS has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and office support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities across time zones. The Executive Administrative Assistant will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring the CEO's workday operates seamlessly.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the CEO's complex calendar, including meetings, travel, and personal commitments.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prioritizing requests and avoiding conflicts.
- Preparing materials for meetings and strategy sessions, including agendas and presentations.
- Monitoring communications, prioritizing urgent issues, and drafting responses.
- Preparing expense reports.
- Arranging logistics for meetings and coordinating with participants.
- Assisting in strategic projects or events as directed by the CEO.
- Monitoring media and industry updates relevant to the CEO.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or communications, with at least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Professional presence and stakeholder interaction skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Discretion and integrity in managing confidential information.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and anticipate leadership needs.
