About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and take on a crucial role in managing the tracking, reporting, and delivery of professional services packages within the eDiscovery and Data Forensics fields. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of eDiscovery and data forensics processes, and proficiency in utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence to streamline project workflows.

This person can be fully remote in New York.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  •  Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
 Tracking and Reporting:
  • Utilize Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence to track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Implement and maintain systems for real-time tracking of burndown against package hour allotments.
Resource Management:
  •  Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure optimal project delivery.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure that team members have the necessary tools and information to meet project goals.
Performance Metrics:
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success against defined criteria.
  • Regularly assess and report on project performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Communication and Collaboration:
  •  Schedule and lead regular cadence calls with project stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience in Project Management, eDiscovery, Data Processing, Legal Solutions, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management 
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the eDiscovery or data forensics domains.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with the Nuix family of products strongly preferred.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience in the legal or information technology industries.
  • Familiarity with eDiscovery tools and processes.
