Responsibilities
The Security Agent will report to the Manager on Duty and will respond and handle guest and security issues. The Security Agent will manage situations according to hotel policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure the security of the hotel assets, guests, and team members. Duties include but are not limited to patrolling the hotel to ensure guests and team members are safe and the hotel is secure, answering in-house calls, assist team members and guests as needed. Initiate investigations, write up incident reports, monitor investigations, and ensure property follow-up and communication. Support transportation and guest services needs as directed by the manager on duty.
Qualifications
•Diploma or GED, 21 years or older
•Prior security experience, ideally in the hospitality or related industry
•CPR training or certification
•Professional communication skills
