Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, polished, and service-oriented Barista/Receptionist to join our Dallas-Fort Worth office team. This dual role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating welcoming experiences while also providing top-notch beverage service. You'll be the first point of contact for guests and staff while also preparing and serving delicious drinks and light food items throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in guests and vendors with professionalism and warmth
• Answered and route phone calls; managed front desk inquiries
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including hot/iced matcha, coffee (hot and cold brews), and teas
• Serve pastries and light foods to staff and visitors throughout the day
• Kept the coffee and beverage station clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with setting up and maintaining the reception area to reflect a clean and inviting space
• Restocking of snacks, supplies, and utensils as needed
• Support basic administrative tasks when needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista, receptionist, or hospitality role preferred
• Strong multitasking skills and a proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Professional appearance and punctuality
• Food Handler Certification a plus
