As an RDA with us, you'll play a crucial role in assisting our dentists with procedures, preparing patients, and ensuring our clinical areas are clean and well-organized. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our dental team, contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during procedures.
- Sterilize instruments and ensure infection control protocols are followed.
- Take and process dental X-rays.
- Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Order and maintain clinical supplies as needed.
- Ensure procedures run efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment at all times.
- Consistently provide excellent patient care.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active RDA license in the state.
- X-ray certification required.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
