As an RDA with us, you'll play a crucial role in assisting our dentists with procedures, preparing patients, and ensuring our clinical areas are clean and well-organized. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our dental team, contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during procedures.
  • Sterilize instruments and ensure infection control protocols are followed.
  • Take and process dental X-rays.
  • Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Order and maintain clinical supplies as needed.
  • Ensure procedures run efficiently with minimal downtime.
  • Maintain a clean and sterile environment at all times.
  • Consistently provide excellent patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active RDA license in the state.
  • X-ray certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
