Shipping & Receiving Specialist Location: Cudahy, WI Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $19 - $21 per hour (Based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Our client in Cudahy, WI is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join their team on 1st shift. This hands-on role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of related experience, forklift certification, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming shipments of materials, supplies, and returned goods Verify all received items against purchase orders and shipping documents Pull, package, and prepare outgoing orders accurately according to specifications Load and unload trucks safely using forklift and/or overhead crane Deliver materials to proper storage areas or departments Ensure all shipments meet required standards for quantity, quality, and accuracy Report defective materials, discrepancies, or damaged items to supervisor promptly Maintain active and courteous communication with co-workers, customers, and logistics personnel Collaborate with other departments to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments Operate forklift, cranes, and other warehouse equipment safely Perform daily inspections of work area and equipment Follow OSHA, PPE, SDS, and all company health & safety protocols Participate in required orientation, safety training, and ongoing development programs Maintain clean, organized workspaces indoors and outdoors Comply with all company policies, procedures, and administrative guidelines Other duties as assigned Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of shipping/receiving or related warehouse experience Forklift certification and experience required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Good verbal and written communication skills Basic computer proficiency Physically able to lift and move materials as needed Reliable attendance and commitment to schedule Positive, team-oriented attitude Work Environment:
