Identify pressing talent opportunities and challenges for client groups and ensure workforce implications are reflected in business plans. Inform HR priorities and evaluate demand for new or adjusted HR offerings from the business or trends. Execute existing and new HR solutions and capabilities. Partner on hiring and development; work with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to fill open positions, onboard new hires, and build strong pipelines. Explore external trends and advise on potential impacts to internal employees. Proactively manage Employee Relations, provide guidance, interpret policy, and resolve issues. Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies supporting organizational changes (strategic, structural, technological, and people-oriented). Support change management and strategic communication to facilitate transitions and maintain alignment and trust. Facilitate cultural integration by addressing differences and building an inclusive environment. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and effective offboarding for departures. Focus on retaining key talent through retention strategies, compensation adjustments, and growth opportunities. Evaluate roles within the business to ensure fair and competitive compensation, collaborating with the Compensation team and Senior Director of HR. Identify and develop high-potential employees to ensure future leadership coverage. Partner with managers to create career development opportunities and deliver training as appropriate. Assist in implementing performance management systems with regular feedback. Maintain transparency and open communication to address concerns and manage expectations. Act as a steward of HR policies and procedures, gather feedback, and run audits to maintain effective data and services. Serve as an informed advisor to leaders, providing coaching through organizational changes. Promote collaboration across HR and the broader organization. Listen to business problems, challenge assumptions, educate leaders on talent implications, and propose alternatives. Reprioritize actions for ad-hoc topics or assignments as needed. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in progressive HR with geographically distributed employee populations. 1+ year supporting customer experience functions (client/account management, customer service, claims management, etc.). Working knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational behavior. Experience or exposure to workforce planning processes. Familiarity with talent management processes such as talent reviews and succession planning. Ability to influence, build relationships, and communicate across multiple levels. Experience managing moderate to high-complexity employee relations issues and driving change. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environment preferred. Preferred Qualifications
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification. Experience in Finance or Insurance industry. Familiarity with Workday. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
