Overview Facebook Brand Marketing Manager role at Meta. Meta is looking for a Brand Marketer with experience re-energizing established brands at scale. In this role, you will be part of Facebook Brand Marketing efforts to restage the Facebook brand, recruit and engage a new generation of users—from crafting the strategy to executing marketing initiatives and full-funnel campaigns that drive business growth, user value and brand relevance. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strategic thinking, organization and communication skills, and the ability to manage various teams and stakeholders effectively.

Develop brand marketing initiatives: Lead the development of campaigns and go-to-market strategy for brand campaigns and tentpole moments that meet short- and long-term business goals. Insights driven: Inform the global brand strategy based on in-depth understanding of users, product, and the business landscape in key markets. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with partners including Product Marketing, Consumer Insights, Decision Science, Communications, Planning and Media Investment, Creative X (In-house Creative and Production Agency), Media and Advertising Agencies, Growth Marketing and Product Management to enable informed business decisions and deliver marketing initiatives. Team support and communication: Support the team through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and information distribution. Internal partnerships and influence: Collaborate with Brand Strategists, Integrated Marketers, Social & Communications teams to deliver on business priorities. Campaign reporting and updates: Track campaign performance to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns, identify new opportunities, and report success to leadership. Strategy & execution: Handle strategic, tactical, and executional responsibilities to define, implement, manage, and refine organizational operations, rhythms of business, and ways of working. Process development: Develop efficient processes to manage Meta Marketing’s critical work streams and priority launches. Planning and timelines: Build and manage workback schedules and hold cross-functional team members accountable to deliver on time. Communication structure: Establish a structure to report updates, progress, and project status to stakeholders. Annual planning support: Assist with the implementation of annual planning processes. 7+ years of experience in brand marketing for consumer tech brands of global scale. Experience in technology, including understanding of technical audiences, products and technologies. Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with creative, research, analytics and digital marketing channel teams. Experience with creative production, managing external agencies or internal creative teams to build best-in-class campaigns. Content and digital marketing experience. Proven ability to land successful product value propositions with clear brand point of view. Experience leading large multi-million dollar campaigns with understanding of communications and media planning. Experience working with media and creative agencies to connect brand and business agendas for breakthrough ideas. Extensive experience connecting product and brand marketing, with the ability to operate in both lanes. Experience integrating a tech product’s brand positioning into product design and GTM.
