Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunity We are looking for a Product Analyst to work with GlobalLINK & Markets product managers, business SMEs, clients and other stakeholders to create detailed business requirements and define functional requirements including constructing client solutions, workflow charts, report specifications, diagrams and screen mockups. What You Will Be Responsible For

Work with GlobalLINK & Markets product managers, business SMEs, clients and other stakeholders to create detailed business requirements and define functional requirements including constructing client solutions, workflow charts, report specifications, diagrams and screen mockups. Partner with QA teams to define test cases and validate that solutions meet business needs. Track, manage, and resolve defects throughout the testing and production phases. Document and track production incidents ensuring proper escalation and resolution. Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvements efforts. Administration of system documentation including product development schedules, release schedules, bug tracking, etc. Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions. Communicate and collaborate effectively with many different team members across the business and technology areas. Facilitate and perform reviews of the project plan to ensure key timelines are sufficiently met and that there is consistency in the communication to project partners and senior managers. Display a culture of individual ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role. Ensure that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in your behaviour. Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making. Support the “Risk Excellence” culture within the business. Adhere to limits of delegation and escalation procedures required by your manager so that you comply with internal policies and external regulations. What We Value

Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills. Direct experience in the electronic trading of financial instruments, including corporate FX, FX workflow, settlements, Swift messaging and settlement instructions. Analytical mindset to diagnose technical and business issues and drive resolutions efficiently. Advanced skills with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence). Knowledge of trading transfer protocols including FIX, SWIFT and experience in API-based solutions. Excellent prioritization and resource management skills. Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills. Financial services industry experience with electronic trading of FX and post-trade settlements. Electronic Trading System Workflow and User Experience design experience is a plus. Detail oriented and self-motivated. Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a supporting field with 7+ years of experience as a system analyst or business analyst in capital markets, foreign exchange, or another financial services environment; or Master’s degree with 5+ years of supporting experience.
