This is a crucial initiative driven by the need to meet strict government regulations, such as the CMMC, which are essential for the company's defense-related business. Must have: Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. 7+ years of IT experience with 3+ years focused on IGA or IAM Hands-on technical experience with IGA/IAM tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, or equivalents like Okta, Entra ID, Ping Identity). Ability to operate “in the weeds” technically while also leading the strategic program Skills: Identity lifecycle management RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) SSO (Single Sign-On) MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) Active Directory / Azure AD Scripting automation experience with PowerShell or Python (not as a full-time coder, but enough to understand/guide) Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and SaaS identity integrations. Required experience with frameworks such as DFARS, CMMC, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST Previous leadership experience is required - excellent communication skills, ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders Pluses: NIST SP 800-171 or NIST SP 800-53 CIAM (Certified Identity and Access Manager) certification. IGA platform certifications (SailPoint, Saviynt, or equivalent). Experience scaling IGA programs across global organizations.
