The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the marketing vision, roadmap, and execution across various channels, with a focus on diversifying and scaling the marketing program. Strategic leadership, channel diversification, and team buildout are key aspects of the role, as is the ability to drive measurable value creation in a fast-scaling, performance-driven environment. The ideal CMO for the company will have a proven track record in growth marketing, with deep expertise in performance marketing, particularly in paid search, social, and affiliate channels. Experience in lead generation and a background in selling leads for profit or driving policy sales are essential. The role demands a leader who is both a strategist and an operator, capable of translating company goals into a scalable marketing strategy and managing marketing spend with a focus on profitability.
