Role and Responsibilities The Organizational Change Manager (OCM) supports the implementation of enterprise systems by preparing stakeholders, driving adoption, and minimizing risk through structured change management. This role develops strategies, communications, training, and readiness assessments to ensure sustainable behavior change and long-term success. Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 7+ years IT experience; 5+ years specialized experience in IT-related change management. Strong expertise in data-driven adoption strategies, organizational assessments, and stakeholder engagement. Lead large-scale change initiatives with proven OCM practices (strategy, communications, training, resistance management). Assess organizational readiness, risks, and adoption metrics; deliver dashboards and reports to track progress. Develop and execute change management plans (communication, sponsor roadmap, coaching, training, stakeholder analysis). Facilitate focus groups, meetings, and leadership coaching to address adoption challenges. Provide transitional support, conduct post-implementation reviews, and capture lessons learned. Align people, processes, and systems with business goals while ensuring compliance in regulated environments.
