Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will engage in various tasks related to shipping and receiving within our warehouse department. This all-encompassing role includes picking, packing, and paperwork duties, as well as operating forklifts.
Responsibilities
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently.
- Engage in picking and packing duties.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately.
- Operate sit-down forklifts safely.
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Build and organize pallets and crates.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience with sit-down forklifts.
- Prior shipping and receiving experience.
- Proficiency in packing and inventory tasks.
- Experience using RF scanners.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with stand-up reach trucks is essential.
- Willingness to perform general labor tasks such as cleaning and organizing.
- Experience in a production environment is a plus, especially in non-DC or 3PL settings.

Work Environment
Work in a very clean, organized, and spacious manufacturing floor that is quiet and well-lit. The current team consists of about 15 people, with plans to expand to 25 by the end of the year. The work schedule is from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, providing a balanced work-life routine.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bolingbrook, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
