Description

The YMCA of Broome County is looking for friendly and customer-oriented Membership Services Representatives to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Responding to member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person Maintaining accurate member information in our database Preparing and processing membership applications Resolving member complaints and issues in a timely manner Providing information on membership benefits and services Assisting with membership renewals and upgrades Collaborating with other departments to ensure member satisfaction Available Shifts:

Monday-Friday: 3:00pm-8:00pm

Salary:

$16.00-17.00 per hour based on experience
