COMPENSATION:
AM Shift (6:30 am - 2:00 pm): Starting at $19.00/hr + Uncapped Bonus!
PM Shift (1:30 pm - 9:00 pm): Starting at $21.00/hr + Uncapped Bonus!
ROLE:
Place outbound calls to homeowners (no cold calling - all leads are provided). Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and answer basic questions. Clearly explain the benefits of a free in-home inspection. Schedule inspection appointments at times convenient for the homeowner. Document all interactions and update scheduling systems accurately. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor. What we offer:
