Data Entry Clerk Needed

Pay: $16-$18 (D.O.E)

Ajilon is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk for our client located in Tempe, AZ. Are you someone with quick typing skills, an analytical mind, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for precision? If so, this is the position for you! This position is a chance for the candidate to gain valuable experience and network within a reputable corporate organization.

Job Duties:

Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information

Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures

Secures information by completing data base backups.

Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Qualifications:

1+ year data entry experience required

Advanced computer application skills including MS Office Suite with advanced functions in MS Excel

Advanced mathematical skills

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
