Join the Festival Foods team as a Grocery Stocker! As a Grocery Clerk, your role stocking makes grocery shopping easy & enjoyable for guests. You'll help keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and the store organizedensuring guests can find what they need quickly and easily. Your attention to detail and friendly service help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and supported. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and making a difference, this is the role for you! What you'll do: Provide helpful service Stock & display Offer assistance Receiving & inventory support Collaboration Clean & organize Problem-solving Meet goals Honor commitments Support the team What you bring: A helpful attitude and a commitment to excellent guest service Strong teamwork and communication skills Awareness of safety requirements and policies Ability to operate equipment Physical demands and work environment: Ability to stand in place for long periods of time; work in a cooler, walk in the store; bend, stoop and kneel regularly Full range of upper body motion to lift product Functional sensory abilities to visually monitor the store, create attractive displays, and operate equipment Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis Work schedule: The Grocery Clerk I is a part-time position. The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail grocery store environment.
