Garden Society creates high-quality products and manufactures for other leading national brands. We are a benefit corporation focused on cannabis health and education. We are excited to have launched Garden Gummies in New Jersey. We are looking for a Brand Ambassador who will be the main face of the brand to New Jersey retailers and consumers. This role will add tactics to drive velocity, run Budtender Trainings, retail merchandising, and other key events. The Brand Ambassador will work closely with the remote Garden Society team to ensure the brand strategy is brought to life in New Jersey. The Territory Manager is responsible for generating sales by developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers, connecting and collaborating with key business stakeholders, and supporting the entire Garden Society sales function to help shape the future of our brand in New Jersey. The Territory Manager role is a full-time, remote role based in New Jersey, with a focus on sales to the full state. Job Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals in assigned territory Manage and support our customers as the main point of contact for key accounts in the region Close new wholesale accounts in assigned territory Drive strategic initiatives across territory including promotions, product launches, and retail sales programming Develop strong, trusted relationships with internal business stakeholders including Production, Finance, Marketing and Distribution Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships and loyalty to Garden Society Quickly and efficiently resolve all customer issues Utilize data-driven decision making to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to improve the performance of our sales efforts Participate in forecasting and goal setting for the assigned region Clearly and regularly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly sales and initiatives to customers and internal business stakeholders Work closely with Brand Ambassador in the territory to ensure timely onboarding of new accounts and support of existing accounts through distribution of in-store merchandising materials and swag and staffing for in-store promotional days and trainings Utilize internal CRM and other internal company communication systems to document all customer-related activity and coordinate with other departments to increase sales within accounts Consistently maintain industry and product knowledge by participating in company and territory industry events, and maintaining professional and personal networks Confidently explore objections to identify the customers pain points and provide solutions Forecast and track account metrics on a monthly basis Qualifications and Experience

Goal-oriented A bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a Technical field is preferred 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales with a demonstrable track record of meeting monthly/quarterly quotas; experience in manufacturing and/or CPG strongly preferred Minimum 6-month Cannabis industry sales experience required Positive mindset in the cannabis industry climate that is continually shifting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action Experience working in a data-driven sales environment; must have the ability to work within key sales metrics Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask Ability to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Excellent listening, negotiating, and presentation skills Highly collaborative mindset and work style with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external business stakeholders Start-up experience preferred, but not required Physical Requirements / Work Conditions

Able to work independently with little to no supervision Normal exposure to an office environment with occasional exposure to a warehouse and manufacturing environments. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Periodic physical activity requires walking, climbing, bending, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and stopping Travel within territory >50% Valid NJ driver license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record required; access to reliable transportation for travel to businesses in assigned territories Compensation and Benefits
