JOB COMPONENTS//PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Deployment of software and operating systems to end user devices Utilize inventory management software to update records and manage inventory levels Set up and troubleshooting of equipment and user software problems Use of a computer-based equipment scheduling system Basic support of network-based printing systems Communication in a customer service role Performs other duties as requested, delegated or assigned
JOB REQUIRMENTS: Must be enrolled in a graduate program Must work 10 - 20 hours a week BASIC COMPETENCIES: (Required knowledge, skills, abilities)
Basic Computer Hardware Understanding Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications Ability to understand instructions both written and verbal Experience in customer service
