Overview
Peratons Defense Mission and Global Health Solutions Sector is seeking a Solution Architect and Integration Lead. The Solution Architect & Integration Lead is a key technical leader responsible for designing, integrating, and guiding the implementation of our Clinical Center Supply Chain Modernization solution. This role combines enterprise architecture, systems integration, and technical program leadership to unify inventory, warehouse, storage/retrieval, financial, and clinical systems into a cohesive, secure, and FedRAMP-compliant enterprise solution. Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Define and maintain the enterprise architecture for the Clinical Center Supply Chain Modernization, ensuring interoperability across inventory management, warehouse, Point of Use (POU), high-density storage, Visual Supply Catalog replacement, and enterprise data lake/reporting systems. Map business requirements to Infor CloudSuite (Healthcare Supply Chain) and other enterprise applications (Oracle Financials, Altera EHR/CRIS, requisitioning systems). Ensure alignment with HHS Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) and federal architecture standards.
Systems Integration Leadership
Lead design and delivery of integration strategy, ensuring seamless data exchange between clinical, financial, and supply chain systems. Oversee migration from legacy platforms (VSC, Pyxis, CHS) to cloud-based Infor SaaS, ensuring data validation and integrity. Manage conference room pilots (CRPs) and user acceptance testing (UATs) as Go/No-Go decision points. Deliver integration documentation, cutover plans, and knowledge transfer to staff.
Security & Compliance
Ensure all solutions comply with FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST RMF, Federal Healthcare IRM policies, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling requirements. Develop and maintain the System Security Plan (SSP) and complete the ATO package in compliance with NIST SP 800-18 and customer-specific standards. Implement role-based access, PIV card authentication, and remote access security (SecureLink, Citrix) for integration work.
Stakeholder & Change Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, program managers, and technical staff. Provide consultative services to facilitate change management, business process redesign, and end-user adoption of new supply chain practices. Lead training design, including train-the-trainer sessions, user guides, SOP integration, and digital how-to libraries.
Transition Planning
Develop and execute Transition-In and Transition-Out plans, ensuring incumbent capture, knowledge transfer, and risk mitigation. Ensure a seamless handoff at contract closeout, including system documentation, data sanitization, and records management per NIST SP 800-88.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture and systems integration for federal healthcare organizations. Demonstrated experience with Infor Healthcare Supply Chain solutions (FSM, CloudSuite, or related platforms). Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials, EHR integrations (e.g., Altera/CRIS, Cerner/Oracle Health), and high-density storage solutions. Proven success leading data migration, system testing, CRP/UAT, and Go-Live support for large-scale modernization programs. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR, APIs, middleware, and interoperability frameworks. Familiarity with cloud architecture, SaaS solutions, and FedRAMP security models.
