Overview
Haydan Consultants, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Project Management Information System (PMIS) Developer to join our New York, NY office in support of the NYC Borough-Based Jail (BBJ) Program. Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-level user support by resolving PMIS-related tickets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution Perform backend development tasks such as database cleanups, module list view optimization, and performance monitoring Support the lead developer with system enhancements, feature updates, and custom module configuration Assist in preparing and executing test cases, performing functional testing, and validating system behavior to ensure stability, accuracy, and alignment with program specifications Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials; coordinate and deliver user training sessions as system features evolve Collaborate with program teams to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring PMIS tools meet program controls and reporting standards Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with Angular, Node js, and TypeScript Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a strong focus on end-user experience Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within multi-disciplinary teams Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience in technical support, systems analysis, or development, preferably in a PMIS or project-based environment Rate: $50/Hr.
