Support the operational, financial and quality performance of the CEVA Network station, identify inefficiencies, work with the local team to address and deploy action plans, and sustain changes. Responsible for managing Operational Excellence programs and certification for the station(s) by supporting and mentoring Operations teams. Foster process development, standardization and lead continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen and PDCA; collaborate with country and regional BPE teams. Responsibilities

Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements through Lean methodologies to streamline processes. Perform root cause analysis on operational issues and develop corrective actions to support the sites performance and customers delivered quality. Lead and manage continuous improvement projects at the station from inception to completion. Monitor and potentially develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance, aligning with local/ regional requirements. Maintain accurate records of improvement activities through the Ground Kaizen Program and report progress to station, country management and the BPE organization. Conduct training sessions for staff on Lean principles/tools and continuous improvement techniques. Lead the stations road to excellence within the Ground Transport Classification Assessment program. Collaborate with station and country cross-functional teams to support Lean initiatives. Collaborate with Local/Regional BPE/IT organizations on cross-country/regional rolled-out tools and processes; promote adoption at station level. Performs other duties as assigned and models CEVA guiding principles and core values. Qualifications

Education & Qualifications: Supply Chain, Lean, Engineering or Transportation training; on-the-job training acceptable. BA/BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, Transportation, Management or Administration. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related role (Transport operations or Lean/continuous improvements). Experience managing transport or logistics-related continuous improvements and/or IT projects. Knowledge of transport operations and freight management or contract logistics and warehousing operations. Knowledge and experience in process engineering and management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies (PDCA, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.).
