T&M Associates is looking for a Principal Water Resources Engineer to join our growing Columbus, Ohio office. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with a balance of remote work and in-office collaboration. We're seeking an experienced professional with 7+ years in water and wastewater planning, design, and construction administration, ready to lead impactful projects and guide multi-discipline teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (required) 7+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater process, treatment, and distribution projects 2+ years of project management experience preferred Ohio Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D desired MS Office and MS Project experience required Strong communication skills with proven ability to work with clients and cross-discipline teams Key Responsibilities
Lead planning and design for municipal and industrial water/wastewater infrastructure projects Manage budgets, schedules, deliverables, and technical documentation from design through construction Oversee complex projects, including Design Reports, bidding, and construction phases Develop proposals, budgets, and technical strategies for new opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships through active engagement Assemble and mentor multi-discipline teams, providing guidance to junior staff

T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $104,500 - $135,000The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
