As our Graphic Designer, you will embody this message through visual storytelling and innovative design solutions. You'll apply this to your work to support the DECKED brand pillars: Rugged Intuitive No B.S. General Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at DECKED, you will be responsible for visually translating our brand into impactful digital and print assets. Your work will enhance our marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, advertisements, product packaging, and trade show graphics. You will work closely with the creative team, marketing team and product teams to ensure brand consistency and drive creative excellence.

Help Protect the DECKED brand

Express the DECKED brand visually in all marketing assets, creating trust, advocacy, and strong brand recognition. Serve as one of the primary guardians of the DECKED visual identity, ensuring consistency across channels and materials. Resist the temptation to dilute the long-term brand vision for short-term visual trends. Collaborate with creative partners, marketing, product and sales partners to deliver on-brand creative solutions. Maintain brand guidelines rigorously and provide design support for campaigns, events, and other internal projects. Help Define the DECKED design strategy

Work with creative and marketing leadership to develop a cohesive visual strategy and creative calendar. Maintain brand guidelines rigorously and provide design support for campaigns, events, and other internal projects. Develop detailed visual concepts and present ideas confidently in team meetings. Constantly seek innovative design approaches that differentiate DECKED in the marketplace. Understand DECKED products, target audiences, and markets

Gain an in-depth understanding of the DECKED product lineup, customer profiles, and competitive landscape. Translate technical product features into compelling visuals that resonate with our core audiences. Maintain brand guidelines rigorously and provide design support for campaigns, events and other internal projects. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor visual strategies to maintain a fresh, relevant aesthetic. Create and execute DECKED visual communications

Design a wide range of assets, including social media graphics, ads, email templates, trade show displays, packaging, and print collateral. Collaborate with the creative and broader marketing team to develop campaign-specific visuals and promote product launches. Manage and maintain the visual content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets. Plan and execute creative concepts for events, trade shows, and sponsorships. Work closely with eCommerce and Brand teams to ensure visual assets support campaign goals. Think creatively to find unique ways to enhance the DECKED visual presence and brand recognition. Monitor project budgets to keep all creative work within scope and financially aligned with brand objectives. What you bring to the table:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years in graphic design, preferably in an agency, branding or in-house marketing environment. Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital and print media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in Figma. Additional experience in motion graphics (and associated software) a big plus. Self-directed, innovative, and able to thrive under tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Passion for outdoor and rugged brands, with an appreciation for high-quality, durable goods.
