Job Title:
Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative
Location:
Austin, TX 78727 (Onsite)
Duration:
12 Months (High possible extension)
Pay Range:
$20/hr to $22/hr.

Key Responsibilities: Provide support to Medicaid providers via phone. Answer inquiries regarding eligibility, medical claim status, and other program-specific questions. Respond to all calls in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner. Document call interactions clearly and accurately in the system. Escalate and transfer calls to appropriate departments when necessary. Meet and maintain individual performance and attendance standards. Assist with issue resolution, following up where required. Handle other administrative duties as assigned by management. Maintain a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. Required Qualifications:
Must be bilingual (Spanish-English) and provide valid testing results demonstrating written, verbal, and auditory proficiency (score-only results without metrics are not accepted). Minimum 6 months of Call Center or Contact Center experience in a high-volume environment. Strong documentation skills and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously. Demonstrated stability in work history (at least 1 year tenure in previous roles). Strong communication, active listening, and customer service skills. Job Requirement
