We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team of 100 here in Windsor.
The Technical Project Team Manager will be responsible all aspects of the ECS Technical Project Management process and personnel. Will directly manage or support all high complexity and high value projects from initiation to closure. The Technical Project Team Manager will be the principal authority for project timeline, milestone definition, progress tracking and customer notifications directly or jointly with Field Engineers. Will work across multiple departments to support the acceleration and completion rate of Technical Projects. The Technical Project Team Manager will ensure compliance with Staubli's DoA and corporate Project Management Process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Project vetting in collaboration with Head of Business, Field Engineers & Director of Engineering within strategic market segments defined by Senior Management. Coordination of multiple departments as required for project kick-off, progress updates, scope deviation and strategy adjustments. Clear and well-defined internal budgets and expected commercial pricing. Project acceptance review including timelines, costing and deliverables. Project handoff to Field Sales including solution features, benefits to the customer, expected performance, assembly instructions, maintenance information and other relevant information. Clear progress communication for Internal and external distribution Utilize company tools for all projects, including projects identified, completed, lost and failure mode. Maintain database including application type, market segment and geographical regions (Sales Districts). Identification and data gathering of applications for Internal Success stories and marketing material. Preparation of progress reports for weekly meetings and presentations to Senior Management Create, supplement or aid in creating reports and presentations to the KL or BoD Strong interpersonal skills and opportunity identification. Work with Business Heads and Key Account Managers for strategy coordination. Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency Comply with global project management procedures Submit required paperwork on required dates, including meeting minutes and action plans. Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
A college degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
5+ years' experience in Project Management, similar discipline and successful direct management experience.
Experience with UL, TUV and IEC is a plus
PMP certification is a plus
