This is a part-time position that supports our sales, marketing, and web development teams by executing essential tasks that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and efficiency while managing multiple projects across various departments. Key Responsibilities

Design flyers, marketing materials, and other sales collateral Assist with website content creation and maintenance Research and reach out to new potential customers through various channels Follow up with prospects and build professional relationships to nurture leads Utilize HubSpot CRM effectively for lead management and sales tracking Coordinate and implement SEO and PPC marketing efforts Create engaging social media content and develop targeted advertising campaigns Support cold calling initiatives and maintain professional phone communication Log call results and lead information accurately in CRM systems Analyze marketing performance data and generate actionable insights Essential Skills & Qualifications

Communication & Organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Professional phone manner and customer service skills Team-oriented mindset with the ability to take direction from various managers Technical Proficiencies: Design & Creative Tools Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping Canva for social media graphics and marketing materials Photoshop and Adobe Suite for advanced design work Digital Marketing & Web Development WordPress content management and Elementor page builder SEO best practices and PPC campaign management Social media advertising, particularly Facebook/Meta campaigns Understanding of conversion optimization and digital marketing strategy Video & Content Creation CapCut for video editing and content creation Ability to develop engaging visual and written content across marketing channels Business Applications Microsoft Office Suite proficiency HubSpot CRM experience preferred Data analysis and reporting capabilities Ideal Candidate Profile
